Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before engaging with Sableu Atelier. By submitting an enquiry or entering a client relationship, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

01 Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Sableu Atelier, a luxury fashion manufacturing atelier headquartered in Bomonti, Ïstanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us", "the Atelier"), and any individual, brand, designer, or company ("you", "the Client") that submits an enquiry, enters into a discovery conversation, or engages our services.

02 Scope of Services

Sableu Atelier provides luxury fashion manufacturing services including but not limited to pattern development, sample creation, technical pack production, fabric sourcing, small-batch production, and private label manufacturing. The exact scope of services for each engagement is agreed in writing prior to commencement of any work.

03 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All client engagements are governed by a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), executed before any design, technical, or commercial information is exchanged. This NDA is mutual — Sableu Atelier is equally bound by its terms. Our confidentiality commitment extends to every team member through internal agreements and strict information compartmentalisation protocols. We will never publicly name, reference, display, or otherwise identify any current or former client without their express written consent. Our client list is, and will remain, entirely private.

04 Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $150 USD is required to secure a discovery call for Project, Sample, and Production enquiries. This deposit confirms your intent and reserves time with our client relations team. Payment details are communicated directly following acceptance of your application. The deposit is applied toward your first invoice upon commencement of a project.

05 Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, technical packs, and creative work submitted by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client at all times. Work created by Sableu Atelier on behalf of the Client — including adaptations, technical drawings, and sampling — transfers to the Client upon full payment. Sableu Atelier retains no ownership or licence over any Client design or brand asset.

06 Production & Timelines

Production timelines are agreed in writing at the commencement of each project. While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, Sableu Atelier shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and propose revised schedules in writing.

07 Quality & Approvals

All production passes through a multi-stage quality control process. Pre-production samples must be approved in writing by the Client before full production commences. By approving a sample, the Client confirms that the approved sample represents the acceptable standard for the production run. Claims regarding production quality must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

08 Payments

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and outlined in each project agreement. Sableu Atelier reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payments are overdue by more than 14 days. We accept international wire transfers; specific banking details are provided upon project commencement.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sableu Atelier's total liability arising out of or in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ïstanbul, Türkiye.

11 Amendments

Sableu Atelier reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and communicated to active clients. Continued engagement following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
