RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Sableu Atelier LLC specializes in custom, made-to-order, private label and small-batch garment development and manufacturing.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Because our garments are developed and/or manufactured specifically for each client, custom and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production or development has begun.
SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
Sample fees cover garment development, pattern work, construction and sample production as described in the agreed project scope.
If a correction is required due to an error made by Sableu Atelier, we will correct the issue at no additional sample-development charge.
If the client requests changes to an approved design, specifications, measurements, construction or materials that were not caused by an error on the part of Sableu Atelier, additional charges may apply.
Minor revisions requested after the client receives the sample may be subject to a revision fee and shipping costs.
If the client substantially changes the original design after development has begun, the change may be treated as a new sample development and a new sample fee may apply.
PRODUCTION ORDERS
Production orders are manufactured specifically according to the client's approved specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.
Before bulk production begins, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final sample, specifications, measurements, materials and construction details.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item is received with a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the approved specifications due to an error by Sableu Atelier, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a correction, replacement or other reasonable resolution.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the client unless the issue was caused by an error on the part of Sableu Atelier.
