SHIPPING POLICY

Sableu Atelier ships samples and production orders internationally.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping is arranged according to the project requirements and destination. Express courier services such as UPS Express may be used for samples and time-sensitive shipments.

Shipping costs are calculated separately from garment development and production costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated shipping times depend on the destination, courier service and customs clearance.

Production and sample-development lead times do not include international shipping or customs clearance unless specifically stated in the project agreement.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient/client and are not included in Sableu Atelier's product, sample or manufacturing prices unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Customs charges and clearance times are determined by the destination country's authorities and are outside of Sableu Atelier's control.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Sableu Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, courier disruptions, incorrect delivery information, strikes, government authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information before an order is dispatched.

If an order is returned to Sableu Atelier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
