CLIENT DESIGNS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their original designs and intellectual property that they provide to Sableu Atelier for development or manufacturing.

Sableu Atelier may use client-provided materials solely for the purpose of evaluating, developing, sampling and manufacturing the client's project.

Specific ownership, confidentiality and intellectual-property arrangements may be further defined in a written agreement between Sableu Atelier and the client.
